This is an important notice about service coverage coming up on THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26th.

On Friday and Saturday, October 26th and 27th, Intellicom is holding our annual strategic planning meeting and staff training event.  At this important event we train our staff on new customer support tools; we discuss emerging technology that has applicability to the support we provide to our clients; and we share important company communication.  All of this is designed with our customers in mind:  we continually seek to strengthen our staff in every respect, so that we provide excellence in the work we do for you!

Because we want to extend the opportunity for every staff member to participate in this event, we will be operating with slightly reduced support team coverage between the hours of 1:00 and 5:30 PM on Friday.  You may rest assured that our phone lines will be open, and we will engage the appropriate resources to address any issues that come up.  If call volume is heavier than anticipated, know that if you leave a message we will return your call quickly. 

As always, our on-call line will be monitored after 5:30 PM on Friday until we open for business on Monday, October 29th at 7:30 AM.  If you need to engage our support any time, please call (308) 237-0684 EXTENSION 1.
