Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Part-Time)
Part-time position available! Intellicom has a part-time shipping and receiving clerk position available. Position could also be used as part of a paid internship. Duties would include receiving all in-bound inventory, handling all outgoing shipping, processing returns (RMA’s), reconciling shipments with PO’s, organizing stockroom, performing physical inventory counts, and collaborating with procurement and accounting departments. The position requires 15 hours a week but has quite a bit of flexibility around schedule and hours. Possibility of more hours in summertime if desired. Preference will be given to those with a supply chain management degree or those pursuing a degree in supply chain management or related major.

The successful applicant’s job duties will include providing prompt and professional remote support to our customers, focused primarily on desktops and peripheral devices. Examples include issues related to connectivity, anti-virus, wireless, printing, setting up/disabling users in Active Directory and a variety of third party applications, and end user support. Generally this includes, answering support calls via phone, responding to emails, remotely connecting to customers, and working in our ticketing system.
Advancement opportunities exist within our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Engineering teams, where we provide remote network support as well as remote and on-site server and desktop support.
An Associate’s degree or Bachelor's (in progress or completed) in a technology field, and one or more years of experience in a technical field or customer service role is preferred. Ability and desire to attain some level of current industry certification quickly is desired (A+, MCP, MCITP, CCNA). Candidates with suitable combination of education/experience will be considered. Successful applicants must be passionate about technology, committed to lifelong learning, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
