Well, Dan is responsible for it all. As Founder of Intellicom, Dan provides the vision and leadership necessary to achieve our near and long term goals. He is truly passionate about identifying and developing the very best talent in technology. While many leaders spend their time getting work done through people, Dan chooses instead to get people done through work.
Dan understands the value of enjoying himself and when not at Intellicom, you can find him golfing, listening to live music, biking, boating, skiing, beaching... and just about anything on the water! Never far from Dan is his beloved dog Jax. It didn't take long for Jax to become our office pet... or for him to learn which offices have treats hidden in the desk drawers!
Jill is Intellicom’s guru for maintaining a healthy workplace for a great staff. After making the transition from a career working in retail pharmacy – including owning her own pharmacy in North Platte – to now serving as Intellicom’s Health and Wellness Advisor, Jill leads and supports a variety of initiatives for our company, our staff, and their families. She has a great passion for educating, advocating and empowering our teammates to leverage the many benefits and resources we have available – all geared toward enhancing the health and well-being of each staff member and their families.
Jill and Dan have a beautiful blended family that includes six children, two dogs, and one cat. When not working you can find them at the lake with their entire crew where they enjoy swimming, tubing, surfing, and jet skis, as well as sunsets and campfires. Jill’s personal favorite though, is the morning coffee cruise as the sun rises on another new day!
Having over 20 years of experience in marketing and management has prepared Bryan to excel in his role of overseeing day to day operations at Intellicom. This includes hiring, supervising, and assisting in the development of the technical teams at Intellicom; not to mention the marketing direction that Bryan oversees.
When Bryan isn’t at Intellicom, you can usually find him with a golf club or fishing pole in his hand. These days, Bryan and his wife don’t find too much time to relax and read as they have traded that in for a hectic schedule of trying to keep up with their 3 very active young kids!
With a steady mix of direct interaction with clients and management of the sales department, John enjoys the different challenges that his job brings each day. With direct sales, new client acquisition, and management all being a part of a normal day, it’s good that John has a serious knack for building strong relationships with those he works with.
Spending time with his family and friends (those that aren’t at Intellicom, of course) are an important part of John’s life and he makes sure that he has the opportunity to do so when he is away from work. John prefers to let his words and actions do the talking which is why we shouldn’t be surprised to see an absence of props in his picture.
Jeff plays an intricate role at Intellicom because of the work load that he tackles on a daily basis. Not only is Jeff responsible for architecting and engineering complex solutions for our clients, but he is also heavily involved with the research and development of new and emerging products for Intellicom.
Intellicom isn’t the only organization that Jeff works with. He is also involved with both Cub Scout and Boy Scout activities when he is away from work. You may also catch Jeff enjoying a movie or traveling with his family. Beyond cheering on the Huskers and Broncos, Jeff is a self-described technophile which applies to all facets of his life.
Todd spends his time working with our clients to assure a great mutual understanding about all that Intellicom brings to the table. He ensures that each one of our clients knows how to leverage us to maximize the success of their business.
A man with eclectic interests would be one way to describe Todd. In addition to spending time with this family, Todd loves being involved in sports where he can be found coaching baseball and hockey or grabbing his clubs and playing a round of golf. He also enjoys a wide variety of non-sports activities like diving into his faith, writing poetry, teaching philosophy and the list goes on!
As a self-proclaimed spreadsheet guru (that Intellicom definitely endorses), Eddie is responsible for the numbers at Intellicom. On a daily basis, Eddie is working with the executive team and project managers to develop stable budgets and forecasts for future strategic development.
Outside of Intellicom, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, attending and serving at their church, and meeting with friends. Eddie also warns that he will binge read if you give him a good book.
It would be safe to say that Tammy’s role at Intellicom is to basically keep the place running. With over 30 years of experience, Tammy is involved both internally and with the clients. This includes working with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, administration and accounting, HR, and office manager related duties.
If you happen to be in the Lincoln or Omaha area, you may spot Tammy visiting her kids and spoiling her adorable grandkids! Tammy also enjoys searching for and refinishing antiques; as well as cooking and collecting quilts. And she always has her puppy Gizmo to keep her company!
Ashton has enjoyed an active life in Kearney since moving here in August of 2020. After finishing her bachelor's degree in May of 2022 she chose to continue at UNK for her MBA, which she is on track to receive in December of 2023. She is a Graduate Assistant in the College of Business and Technology’s Career Center, where she has the pleasure of helping with the day to day operations; teaching an occasional class; and creating the financials for the student-run coffee shop Brewed Awakening.
When not sharply focused with her student, graduate assistant, and Intellicom responsibilities, Ashton counts as enjoyable hobbies naps, fishing and camping, and a good book – mostly mysteries and romances, but also any book that is just too good to put down. Beyond all those things, Ashton values most her relationships with family and friends.

With his extensive background in purchasing, computers, and the service industry, Eric is well suited for his role at Intellicom. Eric is a leader of managing client licensing renewals and is involved with the orders for everything used by Intellicom. If you ask him, he would tell you that he is simply here to assist the sales department in any way he can.
Spending time with family is a priority for Eric and he takes as much time doing that as he can. He also enjoys reading, playing board games, and listening to music in his free time. As you can tell from his picture, Eric is a sweet corn aficionado... just kidding, go Huskers!
As a client of Intellicom, there is a good chance that you have been in contact with Craig. Whether he is at the office or on the road, Craig brings over 20 years of technology and telecommunications experience to ensure Intellicom clients are given proven solutions.
If you are a fan of barbeque, you may want to talk to Craig. In his free time, Craig loves spending time at the helm of his BBQ pit where he grills for his family and neighbors to the tune of some house rockin’ blues. By far his toughest job is keeping his dog Louie away from all that tasty brisket!
It would be safe to say that Zac is a professional at building strong relationships with clients at Intellicom. He spends the majority of his days both in the office and on the road, managing relations with Intellicom clients and making sure they have the best solutions for their individual needs.
If he’s not at Intellicom, there is a good chance you can find Zac on the links for a round of golf. He would even go so far to say that he would take the trophy for best golfer in the office (currently a subject for debate). Why is there a "Mr." pillow in the picture? Hint, look for the matching "Mrs." pillow in our web department!
Managing and supporting large client networks is where Brian focuses most of his attention. In particular, Brian prides himself in having a particular expertise in storage and virtualization solutions. He’s glad he is able to apply these solutions to all the different industries that Intellicom serves on a daily basis.
Whether he is spending time with family, gardening, or fishing, you can usually find Brian enjoying the outdoors when he isn’t at Intellicom. He is also an avid football and Bears fan.
Jim has the opportunity to work on many different kinds of engineering solutions during a typical day. These can range from voice and phone trouble to security issues and he even helps with support to our staff. The variety of work that Jim is involved in places him both at the office and out on the road, where he can talk with clients directly.
When not at Intellicom, Jim enjoys having the time to spend with family and friends. He’s also apt to get away to the golf course if you give him the chance. As near as we can tell, golf helps Jim unwind from work and music helps him unwind from golf!
Simply put, Jeff is involved with solving problems on a daily basis. He is regularly involved with implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting leading edge technology solutions for our clients across multiple industries. If you have questions about Microsoft servers, virtualization, active directory, or project management, Jeff has an answer.
When not in his Intellicom gear, you may spot Jeff sporting purple as he is an avid Storm hockey fan. He even knows what strings to pull to borrow the Clark Cup for a quick picture! Jeff also enjoys the links for a game of golf as well as traveling.
With a particular knowledge of server storage and workstation, Tyson is more than comfortable taking on any support roles that may arise in the office or directly with clients. This results in Tyson being a crucial piece in Intellicom’s mission of providing the most modern technology solutions to clients across all industries.
You better have a fishing pole in hand if you are looking for Tyson outside of Intellicom. He often takes trips to the lake as a chance to unwind and relax during his days away from the office. Tyson also takes his fandom to a new level by sometimes road tripping to see his beloved Blues or Packers play.
Managing large infrastructure projects that require installations of servers, workstations, wireless networking, and security cameras may seem daunting, but Jarred makes it look easy. You can usually find him working both internally and on-site for clients to ensure any IT issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Seeing Jarred out in the garden, riding his bike, or walking his dog isn’t uncommon as he likes to be outside when away from the office. Don’t let the picture fool you... give Jarred a problem and he will gladly find a solution. He routinely does this day in and day out for our customers.
If you need assistance with phone systems, firewalls, and network security, there is a good chance that Scott will be your go to guy. He has extensive expertise in those areas and implements and troubleshoots leading edge technology regularly across multiple industries.
When he has a chance to take a break, Scott enjoys the simplicity of relaxing and simply spending time with his family. He also relaxes by playing the guitar and rocking out.
Kevin works with much of Intellicom’s digital, analog, and hybrid phone systems and he brings over 25 years of telecommunications and structured cabling experience to that work. Along with the newest options in telecommunication, Kevin also specializes in working with classic telephone equipment and issues that coincide with copper lines.
When you see Kevin outside of Intellicom, you are probably also watching a ball game as he loves attending his son’s baseball games and taking walks with his wife. Kevin can also be occasionally found calling in a flock of geese. Disclaimer, no geese were harmed in the taking of this picture.
A passion for technology and safety are a big part of what fuels Jake, and he loves being able to pass along his knowledge, especially if it can help make life easier – or even someday save someone’s life! The constant change in the IT industry gives Jake the opportunity to do something different every day and he loves that his education never ends.
A modern renaissance man, Jake hunts and fishes, skis and surfs, is an accomplished cook with culinary school training in his background, can fix just about anything, and enjoys a wide range of music – from classic country to gangsta rap. Most of all he enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his wife Julie, daughter Estella and son Hank.
John’s primary focus lies within backups and Datto solutions which cover a multitude of clients and industries. This is one of John’s favorite things about coming to work; he gets to provide solutions for so many different types of clients that he has a different experience every day.
If there is a body of water, a kayak, and a fishing pole, John is going to be one happy camper. Outside of Intellicom, he loves spending his time outdoors on the lake… or indoors gaming. Either way. Awash in a sea of red, can be found the lone man brave enough to fly his purple flag proudly.
Kevin has the opportunity to work hands-on in many of the large infrastructure projects that Intellicom is involved with. Whether it is cabling, security cameras, cell boosters and phone system installations, or even maintenance on our famous Scions, Kevin is happy to help.
We think it’s safe to say that Kevin loves his work. Installation and outdoor projects don’t stop when Kevin leaves the office. During his time off, Kevin enjoys working with outdoor power equipment on his own home projects.
Having a particular interest in gaming, virtual reality, and PC’s is perfect for Zach as he is heavily involved with server, workstation, and cloud projects at Intellicom. You can usually find him helping with new PC installations, Office 365 rollouts, or working on server projects.
When away from Intellicom, Zach likes splitting his time between house work, gaming, playing basketball with friends, and spending quality time with his wife. This sounds like a busy schedule, but we think Zach can handle it.
For Corey, everything in life is a puzzle waiting to be solved. And Corey loves the new. He and his wife have settled in Kearney after a 15+ year background in customer service and healthcare that has taken him from South Dakota to Iowa, New Jersey, and Louisiana. Prior to that, he lived in Minnesota and Wisconsin – so it’s no wonder he finds enjoyment in travel, and also in trying new foods.
His educational background includes majoring in Applied Computer Science and Information Technology, and aside from his scholarly and professional endeavors he enjoys most being outside – be it relaxing in a hammock with his two kids, mowing the lawn, grilling/smoking, kayaking, fishing, or playing disc golf. Indoors, he especially enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers win, although he prefers being at Lambeau Stadium in person – and has been there for a few playoff games. His kids have even been on the season ticket wait list since the day after they were born!
James has returned to Nebraska after retiring from 20 years active duty in the United States Navy Submarine Force, where he developed a unique outlook on troubleshooting a wide range of components throughout his tenure in the Navy.
He is now happy to be back home, enjoying the Good Life in northern Buffalo County with his wife Caitlyn and their three sons Jayden, Jackson and Landon. When not at work James enjoys fishing, kayaking, building and driving RC trucks with his boys, and tinkering in amateur radio (frequently known as HAM radio). You can listen for him on the air at KN4JMU.
Ryan supervises the team in the NOC (Network Operations Center), which is where the majority of client issues first hit. He is at the forefront of remediating issues that our remote monitoring software picks up, as well as a variety of user issues that our clients reach out to us about. Basically, Ryan and his team help ensure that your technology environment works effectively for you.
DIY projects are something that Ryan enjoys doing and can be seen through his woodworking. This isn’t the only hobby of Ryan’s, though. He also jumps at the opportunity to relax and play music during his time away from Intellicom. Oh, and go Blues!
Skilled in many areas of technology, Chris usually focuses his expertise within the field of managed services and any automated issues that may occur. He is one at Intellicom that can usually always be reached through our remote support.
Chris makes it a priority to spend time with both his family and friends when he is away from Intellicom. He also enjoys all kinds of outdoor recreation (particularly when it’s warm enough to be outside).
Chelsie gets to apply her natural abilities as our Service Coordinator, where she reviews and distributes tickets to the team, to help assure customers are taken care of as quickly as possible. She enjoys both the variety and workload that comes with touching almost every single ticket that hits our system and also diving into technical issues where she gets to learn new things. Chelsie is happiest at work when she’s ultra-busy and gets to be just another one of the guys on the team!
Away from the office, Chelsie’s number one priority is spending time with her family. She spends a lot of time traveling across the state to see them and also regularly attends a variety of concerts around the country. She is currently saving up to make a trip across the pond to Ireland and Scotland!
Chance is a natural problem solver and he likes working with cutting edge technology. He gets to enjoy both every day at Intellicom! In his role as a Helpdesk Technician, he remotely resolves network, server and workstation issues, as well as sometimes helping perform initial setup for the new machines we deploy for our customers, and fixing a variety of performance issues on some of the more well-aged computers that sometimes find their way to our bench.
A man of many talents, he particularly enjoys music, carpentry and letting his problem-solving activities evolve into hobbies. He plays guitar in a band and has even partnered up with a friend to start his own recording studio. One of the more recent problem-solving activities that has evolved into a hobby is cooking, although he notes that Mom’s skill in the kitchen – which he still enjoys as often as possible – is quite a bit better than his own!
A lifelong Kearneyite, Connor brings an eclectic set of interests and skills to his role as a technician with Intellicom’s Helpdesk. He graduated from UNK after majoring in Information Technology and minoring in Information Networking and Telecommunications, and along the way developed great skill – and interest! – after having spent many hours building and tinkering with computers and networking gear.
In his free time, he still enjoys the tech-tinkering, and also making (and eating) good bar-b-que, especially ribs, pulled pork and brisket. He appreciates camping, his lake time with friends, and watching esports rather than regular sports. In addition to all this, he collects 70s and 80s classic rock records and gaming soundtracks.
The power of technology has long excited Nick: his interest started with gaming computers, led to a degree in information technology and systems with a networking specialization, and now to his role as an Intellicom bench technician - which allows him to put his passion to work every day!
Nick’s hobbies still include building gaming computers, as well as working on cars, racing, weightlifting, and windsurfing. He enjoys Husker and Denver Broncos football, and also a sport that combines his love of technology and power: Formula 1 racing, especially the Red Bull Racing team!
Originally from North Platte, Drake has come to Kearney to study Business Administration at UNK, where he is also pursuing a minor in Information Technology. Drake is passionate about the fusion of business and technology.
After first fiddling with software as a child, on a dated machine running Windows Millennium Edition, Drake became increasingly interested in tinkering with malware on virtual computers as a teen. His natural sense of curiosity drives a continuing interest in emergent technologies. He is also fascinated by synthesizers and music made with them, creates and plays a variety of tabletop games, and is clearly an all-around technophile.
Jordan joined the Intellicom team after a very interesting three years – which included “Covid-time” – as a camp director in the hills and canyons of South Central Nebraska. His strong interest in technology grew from playing video games and being around two uncles who have careers in IT. He developed this interest further at Hutchinson Community College and at Southwestern College.
Outside of work Jordan and his fiancée, Ariel, keep busy with two Golden Retrievers and a Havanese. He has a diversity of other interests including cars, especially his Jeep; woodworking; and, of course(!), videogames.
Rochelle doesn’t know what a “typical” day is because, for her, every day brings new challenges. That’s what she loves about her job. To name a few areas of expertise, Rochelle works on website development, SEO, pay-per-click advertising, social media, and supervises the web team at Intellicom. Covering all these different solutions allows Rochelle to have clients in all kinds of industries.
Outside of Intellicom, Rochelle loves the chance to be, well, outside. Camping, golfing, and Husker games with her family are among Rochelle’s favorites. Family is also of utmost importance to her as she keeps up with her husband and three kids.
Website coding is something many people have trouble with. Ann wouldn’t be included on that list. She is regularly designing, updating, and providing the layout for existing and new websites for Intellicom clients; as well as providing the back end code for these designs.
Spending time outside and crafting projects, not mutually exclusive, are some of Ann’s favorite things to do. It’s also important for Ann that she spends time with her family when she’s away from the office. It's not that she loves to sew but more so that she just hates being cold! And yes, there is a matching "Mr." pillow in one of our other employee’s pictures!
Brooke Scott has a degree in Multimedia from UNK, where she minored in Computer Science. Prior to her graduation in May of 2021 she gained valuable experience as an intern in our Web Department, where she was able to apply her growing mix of skills in programming and graphic design.
Fun-loving and with a strong family orientation, Brooke enjoys lake time, following the Huskers and Ravens, and most especially travelling to her hometown of Trenton, Nebraska to spend time with her family – especially her younger brother and sister. She also appreciates a good documentary, especially true crime.
I love everything about working at Intellicom. The company culture is great, the tech industry is fascinating, our clients are wonderful, and our people are fantastic!
Working for Intellicom gives all of us here the ability to follow Dan’s great lead in focusing on what we do best, which is really helping our customers. Our business is thriving and it’s great to see other businesses thrive, in part due to the help we provide them.
The pace and energy that our team members have – there’s a constant, daily goal to strive to do the right thing for our customers.
Technology is ever changing so the ability for this crew to learn and continue learning daily is outstanding.
It’s not just “I fixed it”. It’s knowing how did I fix it, why did it happen and going back so we can prevent it from happening again. It’s really refreshing to be able to work with people who are that dedicated to their jobs.
