In this role, you'll oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, while also partnering with leadership on recruiting, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and workforce planning.

General Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll, employee benefits, and HR systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Assist managers with employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
- Lead recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Help plan and coordinate training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Support company culture initiatives that help make our organization a great place to work.
- Contribute to HR strategy and initiatives that support business growth and long-term success.

An Associate’s degree or Bachelor's in a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in HR is preferred. Candidates with suitable combination of education/experience will be considered. Successful applicants must be passionate about HR and the employee experience, committed to lifelong learning, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
